You can define the base rules for the renaming, and also relocate the files, ordering them in folders according to author or artist (something MP3 Rename does automatically via the ID3 tag information for each file). You also have the option to preview the changes before applying them, to avoid surprises or mistakes you can't then change. The best of all is that it's a really powerful program, and only takes up 100KB of space.
NOTE: To work correctly, MP3 Rename needs Microsoft NET Framework installed in your PC.
